WFA Staffing is currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator / Tool Maker for a growing manufacturing company in the Milwaukee area. We are looking for a mechanically inclined candidate with strong CNC machining experience who is comfortable working in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and tool changes
• Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers
• Inspect finished parts to ensure proper tolerances and quality standards
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
• Assist with tool making, repair, and maintenance as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC Operator, CNC Machinist, or Tool Maker experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Blueprint reading experience
• Knowledge of machining processes and tooling
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Ability to work independently and maintain tight tolerances
• Tool & die or mold-making experience is a plus
• CNC programming/editing experience is a plus
